Great choice of songs (especially Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas) and terrific performances, but I think Destinee's advice to Paris to "sing it straight" was good. Anybody can see they're world class singers, so there's no need to show off - not only does that detract from a strong sense of melody, it also makes them sound like all the other divas, like Mariah Carey, etc. No offense to Mariah, she's a great singer, but I really think that the girlz have more to offer than the "best" of what's already popular. Maybe I'm biased, but I think they've already demonstrated that they can be great ARTISTS in the literal sense, and they don't need to move away from that to be like anyone else, no matter how popular. Just my two cents worth. Don’t get me wrong though, it was terrific. And like the others said, they sure are beautiful, but I think they look even better with slightly more subtle makeup.
