It is with great sadness and regret for all of us at the No More Drama Team that we must say goodbye to one of our founding members, Aliyah Flowers. Due to the new group dynamics changing with age and direction of music, Aliyah and her family felt it was best to go in a different direction with her career. We respect their families decision and accept her resignation. Aliyah has always been a hard worker, a team player, with a big heart to match.
We ask that all of the "No More Drama" Fans, Friends, and Family respect and support their decision as we do and continue to support her in her future endeavors. We love you Aliyah and expect to see BIG things from you in the near future.
In the coming days we will be announcing when and where "No More Drama" will be holding auditions to find her replacement.
As the 2011 year is upon us expect to see and hear new and exciting things from "No More Drama"

I can't believe that..... I wish Aliyah the best with her career. :) But I believe Aliyah was the youngest, only 14 or 15, so I think that it may have been a little strange to be younger, but I will always support her. :)
Okay... So what on earth is going on with this group? Too many people leaving and coming in. The original group was perfect.
I wouldn't mind seeing Ariel with Destinee and Paris again. It always seems like another absence halts NMD's official launch.
... There are only now 2 original NMD girls in the group :( im going to miss Aliyah!
I knew this would happen.
whos next?... i knew this would happen. I bet Ariel will end up being a solo artist
OMG NOO :'(
If you read & understood the formal release they put out you will see if was an age thing for sure. Ariel will be 17 soon & then one will turn 20 & then its just completely different once adults are in the group. I truly think its the best thing for Aliyah & NMD. They will all be better off because they are all super talented and good girls. Ariel will succeed in what ever she does & so will all the girls from NMD and Destinee & Paris so everyone needs to keep things nice and respect everyones decisions. Things change and so do people.
Good luck to Ariel, Kimi, Lorelei, Breanna, and Aliyah. I hope you all go far with your careers :) Aliyah, you'll be spectacular solo. NMD, you girls stick rock
are you going to do weekly updates on her just like with camille and alyssa?
Wow... I really don't know what to say right now - I'm just in total shock. When I heard about Alissa - Mae leaving, I thought that was it. And I was wrong. Just two days later, Cammile leaves, too. Shortly after, the remaining girls cast in new members Breanne Oaks and Loreli Sinco. Just at the peek of a whole new year, yet another girl leaves... (PS Sorry about incorrect grammer & spelling! :|)
hrm.... Wonder what's making the girls leave? Nah, it's probably them just deciding what is best for all of them - going solo.
P.S. To the person saying Ariel will go solo next, I highly doubt that since she formed 'No More Drama.' Though the comment section is a place to state feelings, which I am, too, allowed to do, that reasoning doesn't quite add up right in my book.
And Aliyah, I wish you the best in your future! You are so talented that you can achieve what you think you can achieve! :)

push the album back again i miss u aliyah
NOOOOOOOOOOOO I LOVED HER
To those asking, yes I will do weekly updates on Aliyah as well whenever there is actually news to post about her (:
I knew she was going to leave cause it was just common sense since she is so much younger then the other girls.....you think they would have put young girls in place of Alissa Mae and Camille Abordo
This breaks my heart :( i really loved Aliyah in NMD she is so nice and amazing singer and she like complited the group! But goodluck to Aliyah. And yeah other sad part is that we wont be hearing new music in a while :(
I have read the comments and totally understand where you all are coming from, but unless you are in this business, you don't understand how it really works. It takes time and it's a ongoing process, that being said, I can tell you we all adore Aliyah and her precious family! they are the best, but the Lord decided that HE wanted her elsewhere and we lift her up for that. Please send her your love and support for her as I know you will for NMD. We will miss her so!!! God bless you all and I do know there is lot's of amazing things in store for all these amazing young ladies!
Wow.. im not saying this in a rude way whatso ever..(sry for spelling mistakes im typing fast) But these girls can not stay in a group!!! First the clique girlz broke up. Then ariel attempted going solo wich didnt work out. Then she made NMD, three girls have left NMD and they are going to have three new girls.. I think ariel should be a duo with her sister like Destinee and paris.. They cant ditch eachother, they are sisters haha ;) they live together so they have time to practice all the time also haha
good luck aliyah
can't believe she left... but i still wish the best to her, alissa, camille, and NMD. i think it was best though because she was only 14 and the other girls were
16 and older. i still support her and the group :)
I think Sara diamond should join NMD but it might offend destinee and Paris
How old are the current girls ?
I don't think this is gonna push the album back, I mean its not like they've even been signed to a label yet.
Ok to the ppl like freaking out over nothing. We know that making a band is hard & finding the right people is hard. Or hang on wait a sec. DO WE know? No we DO NOT because we arent them. LIGHTBULB!!!
Aliyah is leaving & thats ok Ariel supports her. ITS STILL GONNA BE A GREAT BAND whoever replaces her.
If people only knew what went in to getting a group together they would be a lot more respectful and not judge Ariel or any of the girls for trying to get the perfect or even right combo of girls to make a girl group fly. It is a process and sometimes you will run into a few bumps in the road but trust me, they are going to be just fine. I have heard a few things through the Industry grape vine and these girls will be very successful. Best of luck to Aliyah she is a wonderful girl.
I agree with one of the people that posted a comment. Ariel should try to do a duo group with Alex, because, as this person said, they can't ditch each other, they would have plenty of time to practice, and they have such a great relationship and chemistry together. But either way, I will support the group no matter where they decide to go with their careers. :)
let's think of it this way: now, not only do we have NMD, but if Aliyah goes solo, there'll be ANOTHER amazing artist out there!
HHow's that?
How old are the current girls ?
I don't think this is gonna push the album back, I mean its not like they've even been signed to a label yet.
Kimi is 19, Breanne and Lorelei are 18, and Ariel is 16.
And it will push them back a bit but probably not as much as we think. But the new girl will have to take the time to learn the songs and dances, plus record and do photo shoots.
Ariel loves Aliyah she has said so like a bajillion times! Their families are tight & they respect each other. Its nothin...NOTHIN like ari leavin the clique girls -completely diff thing. Sayin that, I think that they r just finding whats gonna work 4 them. It may take time so ppl need to be patient. If Aliyah wants 2 do her own thing I know the others support that & its cool. I am excited 4 when they get it worked out I LOVE YOU GUYS! (including Aliyah girl!)
things like this happen with groups similar to theirs all the time, it's just not well known because most pop/dance groups don't have many fans and unfortunately, don't make it very far. no more drama and the clique girlz are the lucky ones.
i know they've made an 'official debut' as a group, and perform often, but they're still not at the point of releasing physical albums yet, their popularity just isn't strong enough and their fanbase is diverse - but not large enough.
through my eyes, i still see nmd as a group in training, even though they consider themselves as a debuted group, they're still, you know, testing things out (lineup changes, concepts, music styles) and haven't yet found a permanent way of doing things, which is perfectly fine by me. however, with destinee and paris, i think they've finally found that. their popularity/fanbase size is similar to nmd's, however, i feel that they know the style/sound they want, but just need to start releasing songs and promoting themselves better.
i know not everyone may agree with this, and this is only my opinion, but i hope that some other people may be able to consider this as well. because the girls are so young, things will change a lot for them and i personally feel that it's best that they do allow member changes, style/concept/sound changes, so that they can find what suits them best and makes them happy, so that when they're at an older age, people can accept their popularity, and they'll be prepared for whatever is ahead of them (:
I somewhat agree its a process. Though I think Ariels fanbase is different from the sisters they all are works in progress so kudos to everyone for workin hard girls :)
"Hi, Yes, It was the best move for her right now in this stage in her career being much younger then the new members and it has changed the groups dynamics a bit and she was just not comfortable anymore and her family felt it was best for her. We are all still great friends and love each other. Aliyah is an incredible girl with incredible talent and she will be the next Beyonce. Thanks so much for the comment and we hope you have a great New Year and support our new NMD girl as much as you support us.
NMD"
