Following yesterday's news of Ariel leaving the Clique Girlz, there is now a listing on the offical Craigslist of Los Angeles for auditions for the final member of the Clique Girlz.
CASTING
13 to 15 year old GIRLS for the hit Teen Pop/Rock Group
Up and coming Interscope Records Pop/Rock Recording Group Clique Girlz have several upcoming live performances, tours and a pilot in the works. We are seeking one more girl to complete the group.
MUST be strong POP/ROCK VOCALISTS,
who can HARMONIZE & MOVE WELL
No taller than 5’3” please

That's insane. I find that SO hard to believe but that call seems pretty legit.
However, I do not know why they would choose craigslist. Or why they would have an open call. Anyone that attends PLEASE PLEASE make sure you bring a parent. It says no phone calls on there but I would try to get in contact with interscope somehow to find out if they is real. Who knows by Saturday it may be gone...
I just find it hard to believe they would CAST someone new. They have been singing together for quite some time. Honestly, if Ariel truly isn't coming back I don't see why they would just keep destinee and paris as the two clique girlz.
I will be calling my vocal coach to ask about this tomorrow and I will let you know if I hear anything.

But… I’m actually glad Ariel left, no matter what ppl say she was kinda the outsider of the group she was pushed around. maybe its because she’s just to kind to stick up for herself. But Paris and Destinee want all of the attention; they didn’t let her talk; she didn’t have many lead parts; and a lot of other things to; even though she was prob okay with that; i think that she’s read comments on you tube and stuff and realized that they weren’t true friends and treating her fair at all. & that she would be great solo b/c she’s well like by all. I’m just glad she finally got enough courage to leave. don’t get me wrong I like Destinee and Paris and I’m a fan of all of them + love there music and clothes; but they are deff not mature enough to be in the biz. They are just having fun but they always seem to brag; there letting this stuff get to their head a little now, well what are the going to be like in a year if they get really well known? && if ppl can feel the tension between them on camera can you imagine how bad they treat her off camera. Truthfully I wish they were more mature and less stuck up and stuff and they all would stick together b/c I think they could make it big; but I’m very positive they won’t make it big and its sad b/c they do all have lotsaa talent.
Well it's true. Talked to my vocal coach today.
What happened was that she got in her head (and I'm sure the adults around her helped too) that she could be doing more if she left. She felt she could go solo. But here's the unfortunate news: that's not true. No matter how good she is she now has to START OVER completely. For the other girls too: it's like the last 2 years or so have been completely wasted. The videos they did, the cd, the promotions. It's all down the tube. They have to start fresh. Ariel left something that was on the verge of tipping over into something huge, and I don't think she will be able to get it back.

i feel bad for ariel; i personally dont think paris and destinee are going to make it. and as much as i wish ariel would become famous; shes to nice to be in the biz. :/
btw;; i still think ariel is better off solo.
if she does make it id think that she would be huge.
personally i dont think that the clique girlz were gunna make it big anyways. i think they would always be stuck in the stage there in b/c theres so many like them out there; and they already had a lot of haters. clique girlz are nothing new; there all just like mini hannah montanas (i hate to say ittt!)
Nah I don't think so at all. I think the Clique Girlz are pretty unique...their harmonies and voices in general are so far beyond their years. Yet they are cute and relatable and have that bubble gum sound but yet the rock demi lovato vibe too. Kids would love them.
I still think they will be huge. By they I mean destinee and paris and whatever happens there. I think Ariel just kinda screwed herself over because she is now alone, no harmonies no nothing to set her apart from a "hannah montana" type image. She has to start COMPLETELY over on the publicity level. This is such a set back for the other two as well.
And I doubt they "hate" anyone. They are all very nice girls. Clearly they all have different goals and priorities though. I'm sure Paris and Destinee are upset though I mean this is a huge change.
I've been following the girls for a long time now and let's be real. Things were not great. Anyone with half a brain could see she wasn't being given the same opportunities as the other two girls, who happen to be the daughters of the groups manager and the groups sound person. Why is it that every time I went to a show Ariel's microphone was turned way down, much lower than Destinee's or Paris's? Why is it that Ariel rarely got a chance to speak in the videos and when she did, they cut her off typically? Why is it that she got very little parts in most of the songs? Take a look at the music video for their song incredible. In at least two places in the video you can see Ariel just NOT happy. I have a friend who is close to the situation and she's told me that there have been big issues for many months. That she hasn't been happy for a long time and that there has been a lot of hatred, dishonesty, pain, suffering and emotional and physical and mental abuse from the manager of the group Lenore. Everyone I know knows its true cuz we keep hearing the same things from all sorts of kids that know the situation from closer up. what a shame that it had to come to this. i really hope ariel does decide to go solo because she deserves the chance to be successful in music. im not saying i dont wish the best for paris and destinee cuz they are really talented too but i think they have lost track of who they really are and their parents have let them down in a way no parent should ever let their kids down. what a shame its come to this

I am really stunned when i heard Ariel Moore has left this group. Basically,I feel a little sad because things shouldn't turn out this way. I just get to know them not long ago unexpectedly. This is really a good group for their images ,their dance,their singings.u know. It is a perfect match if they are together. Everyone has their specific part,making up the genuine Clique Girlz. But when one piece is missed,something can't be found. And to find a new girl to fit in isn't an easy feat cause u can see many vocalists out there leave. Thne the newcomer isn't relly fitted into the whole group. e.g.ADEMA and Faktion 2nd vocalists. So i simply can hope for the best for Ariel and the NEW Clique Girlz.

Yeah, I'm 4'10, and tiny for my age. 5'3 was a little picky for 13-15 year olds...you can't get much shorter than that at that age, unless, you know, you have a disability, and I'm SURE they wouldn't want that...besides, Sara seems to be tall...I was so expecting it to say "be prepared to dunk your hair in a bucket of bleach..."

I am kind of shocked by this group. I am twenty years old and I can tell you I would have never been ready for this kind of publicity and stuff at their age. Im sure Destinee and Paris were mean to Ariel and the other girl Sara. They are willing to turn their backs on their friends for this "shot" (no offense it will never come) at fame and Im sure their parents were pushing them to. They put this idea of superiority in their little heads, and its really sad cause these girls will probably develop problems when they realize they are never going to make it. I hope this is a lesson to all the parents out there. Im really glad I was fortunate enough to have a mother that let me grow up when I was suppose to and not at the age of 13 or 14.
