Hi Friends,
As you all know for the past year in a half I have been involved with a group project with Howie Dorough. At this point our contract with him is now up and do to his busy schedule will not be renewed. Do to the fact that Howie will no longer be involved with the project I myself have also decided to move on. Howie and I remain friends and I will always look to him for direction in my career. I have made great friends and worked with a lot of talented people and will never forget the experience. I wish everyone that I have worked with in this project the best in their future endeavors. I am moving on to other projects as we speak and am extremely excited about what the future holds for me and what lies ahead. I will keep you up to date and give you all the play by play as I can. Thank you for all your support, you really will never know how much it all means to me.

In all honesty, I've got to sit down and really think about what I'm going to do in this case because now things are getting super crazy with who I update on and who I don't. So I really don't have an answer for that yet, but I will let you all know once I've made my decision (:

You are absolutely right, which is why I'm leaning more towards that direction. But again, I haven't made my final decision so I am open for opinions/ideas.

I think this is a blessing in disguise!! For all of us really! Now we get our site and girls back! I love Ariel and what she was doing and all but it's always been about the three girls so I'm glad were getting back to the real us again!!! I say we get our site back to the cg'z!!:)

That was one idea I had. Another was to maybe make a tumblr or something else less involved as an actual site ( or in this case, a blog ) that I could update on NMD with. Not really sure, just an idea.
She is way better solo anyway. I loved what she was doing don't get me wrong but I am a Clique Girlz fan and really only want to hear about them, not trying to hurt anyones feelings that's just the way it should be I think.

I honestly never sensed that from them. What I saw was hard working girls trying to make a name for themselves by themselves. I kind of think they didn't want to be associated with the Clique Girlz for the rest of the careers, you know what I mean? But maybe you were seeing something different. But I do think it's pretty clear that they don't update their website lol. All the news we get/got from them was via twitter and a lot of fans don't have their own twitters to receive the news for themselves. So they got their news straight from this site.

I think that this site is built around the Clique Girlz. Even though they are not together, this site is still about following their careers. NMD have nothing to do with the Clique Girlz except for the short time they were associated with Ariel. Although I wish them well in their future, I am not interested in Camille, Alissa, Aliya, Lorelei, Briann, and Kimi. On this site I am only interested in following Ariel, Destinee & Paris and where their path goes to their success.
I just love all 3 of the girls so much. Maybe they will get back together now? I would freak out....
It's a shame these girls never managed to get signed & get the attention they really deserved. But if Ariel is going solo, I fully support her. Her sister got signed, so maybe it's easier to get signed solo. I guess with all the publicity about Destinee & Paris, it may push get more to get herself in the spotlight. She deserves it<3

I never really liked NMD... I think we all knew Ariel was going to leave at some point they just held her back she was a lot better solo but its pretty sad for the rest of the girls in NMD

You could use CGM for Destinee, Paris, and Ariel and maybe still update your Tumblr with pics and lyrics. Whatever works for you, though :)

Good move in my opinion. The group just has not seemed right since changing members and I also believe that Ariel and Howie did their best but Howie is busy now and we all know where Ariel should be. Either solo, or back with D&P.

I think it'd be cool if they are still updated in weekly updates, because I really like hearing about whats going on with them. You could still focus on Ariel and Destinee&Paris while still doing so. I think that the more updates the better even if there not strictly D&P and Ariel as long as the updates are more in one section weekly, and the more important stuff.
What I think people don't like is all the twitpics of Kimi and stuff overwhelming the board.
I even love if Alex Moore was included with the weekly updates.- but ik she was never part of the original Clique Girlz.
Whatever your decision is though, I'll support it. :)

she should have never left d&p but I guess she had to fine her own way. so sad because they were incredible together and magical. they had something special together and she actually got way less spotlight with nmd so i dont know why she would have left. nothing could be that bad i mean look at d&p they are moving forward in a great way and always look so happy.
my opinion is although I love Ariel and all she left the CG and D&P were the remaining members. Sara was only with them a month so she really never paid her dues as far as I'm concerned. I think CG should just be D&P. I know its your site and your decision but as a fan I think I should let you know how I feel. I have supported your site and you do an amazing job but honestly I was never interested in nmd and all the drama. too much. Maybe make a separate site for all the others. just saying. oh, and thanks I know you work really had doing all this for us loyal fans.
^ Aw thank you so much for your sweet comment (: The only thing is I can't handle more than one site. Even with this one, it proves to be very difficult sometimes. And adding another site would make it even harder. So as I've said since NMD even started, I don't want to make a separate site. I wanted/want to keep everything on one site. I completely understand what you're saying, but my view on it is that Ariel was and will always be a member of the Clique Girlz. And this site was and is still virtually a "Clique Girlz" site, which is why I want to and continue to update and focus on Ariel as well. Ariel has been such a sweetheart and a blessing to me and this site for the past three years and I wouldn't want to cut her out of this. That's why I want to get this site back to being a Clique Girlz site and update on all three original members. And with Ariel being solo and not dragging more people into it, I think it's much easier to do that than it was to with D&P and Ariel's five member band plus all the old members.

^ I agree with you completely. The three of them together were absolutely magical. I don't think you could find three other girls who's voices were so amazing and worked so well with each other. Most of us probably would love to see the three of them get back together, but right now I honestly don't see that happening. But who knows what the future holds for these three. (:

I agree. It would nice to see them back together, but you're absolutely right. Destinee and Paris are finally getting things off the ground and such, and for them to have to start all over again, AGAIN would stink. I think it is time for people to move on, but at the same time it's not impossible. So many bands are getting back together lately; New Kids On The Block, LFO (before Rich's unfortunate death :( ), O-Town, etc. So while I think it would be nice; I'd hate for anyone to get their hopes up. I think them reconciling and hanging out again was good enough for me (:

Ok to be fair if it doesnt work it doesnt work. You cant expect her to be held back. Shes goin on her own & the others are free to do whatever the freak they want to just like they were when she found them. And they got good exposure through Ariel they got what they wanted.I think that was a snippy comment about her. Anyone that attacks ariel and is a smarta$$ upsets me because I love her. ^ Agreed. Two is not very many. Just because she was in the spotlight during both, you got to see it happen. Tons of people go through WAY more bands than that. And as you said, if someone stays in a group that obviously isn't going to work out ( and I don't mean that they weren't becoming famous, or they weren't getting signed, or they weren't making millions. I mean when you're not happy, or you're not working to your fullest ability, or you're being held back in anyway, or anything along those lines.) they must be crazy! It's better to get out of it when you can instead of suffering in silence trying to make it work out. You know what I mean?

I will support Ariel whatever she does and if it wasnt right for her its not for us to judge only ARIEL knows the real deal and shes been doin this long enough to know what they hell shes talkin about. @geeky5 Thank you so much first of all, but I was totally happy with all my parts. I never really go on any of my solo songs anymore but now that I am, moving on we all need to move on and support everyone, including Destinee and Paris. They are still my very good friends.

Gosh... 2011... so much all at once. First we're expecting a new NMD member. The leader, and my favorite, Ariel, leaves. Then D&P are finally posting videos. And now a possible re-grouping of CG? Wow. Quite a year, and it's not even half-way through?
OMG I'm like on the verge of crying (happy ones, that is cause CG may be back together again!!!). I can't even listen to CG right now. It's just making me so nostalgic of when they were perfect together, and Ariel leaving. I'm sorta torn between wanting D,P, and Ariel all together and having them grow up apart. I'd love them to get back together. But this feeling I have right now... it's burning, happy, sad, nostalgic, magical - incredible.

Honestly, I've been thinking the same EXACT thing! It's actually heartbreaking seeing all these people saying that now that Ariel is out of the group, they no longer care about NMD, or they never liked NMD, or whatever. It's really sad. I truly thought these girls were being embraced by Ariel fan as well as some D&P fans, but it turns out that some (not all) were faking it the whole time or were only in it for Ariel :/ It's sad to see that, it really is. I hope the girls have/can keep most of their fan base though. Because they deserve your support and loyalty as well. Thank you for the comment and thank you! God bless you too (:
AMEN Kristin!!!! that's what your site had been all about! granted, it started with CG and it progressed into new girls that were born out of the CG. the fans loved each and every girl! so cool! why can't it just stay that way? I think they all love each other and we need to lift each one of them up and support them all!!!! what's wrong with that? Move on and PUSH the positive in each and every precious girl and where Life leads them! I personally, would be crushed if I couldn't look on Cliquegirzmedia and see where these amazing talented girls are going in their lives. first of all, i LOVED the Clique Girlz when i found out about them in 2007/2008. Destinee, Paris & Ariel were totally amazing together. When Ariel left, i was crying and wondering what was going to happen! i've always checked on this site for the past few years on the 3 girls and i was so happy for Ariel's solo career (plus her lil sis) and that she was making a brand new group! i supported Ariel and NMD throughout the past year and half. i can't believe people pretended to like them b/c of Ariel! all the girls (now and former) are extremely talented, just like all the girls of the Clique Girlz! i'll support NMD and Ariel forever, just like D&P. Ariel would be perfect solo, D&P still doing their thing, and NMD would be perfect the way they are now and hopefully be signed one day. i will always support them and this site <3
Im excited to see what ariel does cause shes talented & she shined out in the clique girlz. The other girls in nmd can go on doin what they were doin before Ariel picked them for the band. Good luck to them no hard feelins. Ariel is a superstar & nobody can keep her down. Shes got something special you dont find in just anybody. And the producer people see that so good for her!

Nobody knows what that girl went through but her. It was her choice and knowin what we know about her by her bulletins and messages and stuff how can we freakin doubt her? I dont doubt her. I think if Ariel is going solo then the final girls should change their name. They are now an offshoot of Ariels group. NMD was ariels group so if she is not in it I think they should change their name. NMD was a great group but with so many changes its time to change the name. NMD is best remembered as what it was - ariels group. A new name for a new beginning.
